Yes. Two-story Summerlin homes are one of our most common installs. We measure upper-floor windows from a ladder, build the screens to your exact openings, and install them flush from outside — arched and picture windows included. We carry full Nevada insurance and document everything for your HOA if needed.

Six Phifer and Textilene fabric colors (Black, Stucco, Beige, Dark Bronze, Brown, Gray) in 80% or 90% sun-blocking density — same price either way. Aluminum frames in five finishes (White, Black, Bronze, Tan, Champagne), also all same price. We bring physical samples to your free on-site measure so you can see how each looks against your stucco and trim before deciding.

Yes. If your screens are structurally sound but dusty, hard-water-spotted, or coated in pollen, we deep-clean them on-site for a fraction of replacement cost. If the fabric is faded, torn, or sagging from years of UV, we'll quote new custom replacements only for the windows that need them — not a full re-screen.
